I've Got a Pep in My Step

I've made the perfect morning drink that gives me energy and keeps me going throughout the day.
Green Smoothie (makes about 32ozs and I drink the whole thing)
2 cups of water
handful spinach
handful kale
handful collard greens
1 banana or 1 apple
1 date
1/2 cup of frozen blueberries
6 frozen strawberries
2 handfuls of ice
blend real good
bing. bing. bing! who needs caffeine!
